Welcome to the SouthedParkour website.
This site is for Traceurs of the Southend On Sea and surrounding areas, to communicate and develop their understanding of the discipline of Parkour or L'art Du Deplacement.
The site and forum are all free and open to all, falling in line with the general beliefs of Parkour, along with being safe, and effective to use.
On the right hand side of the main site are links and pictures, but most importantly the link to the Southend Parkour Forum, where Traceurs, old and young, new and experienced can discuss Parkour and training methods in order to improve and grow within the discipline, mentally, physically and spiritually.
I hope you find the website useful in communicating with other Traceurs and I hope this will begin a rebirth of regular practitioners in the area.
